Each company receives a Hiring Heat Score based on which signals are active and how recent they are, with the contributing signals shown so your team can see exactly why a company is flagged.

The Hiring Heat Score is a score from 0 to 100 that indicates how likely a company is to start hiring in the coming weeks. It is calculated from the live hiring signals detected for that company, weighted by recency and magnitude. Every score is shown with the underlying signals so you can see at a glance both who to call and why now.
?How does Recruit Signals identify hiring managers?
For every open or anticipated role, Recruit Signals analyses each relevant employee at the company by role, seniority, and tenure, then ranks the most likely hiring managers. Each recommended contact comes with a probability score, a one-line reason, and direct contact details including email, phone, and LinkedIn profile.
?How accurate are Recruit Signals' predictions?
No predictive model is perfectly accurate. Our model is trained on millions of historical hiring events and is updated continuously as new signals arrive. The aim is a measurable, repeatable edge over reactive job-board sourcing: surfacing higher-intent companies earlier, with enough context for your team to convert that timing into client wins.
?Can't I just use ChatGPT or Claude to find companies that are hiring?
You can ask an LLM to research one company at a time, but a general-purpose LLM works from a static snapshot and cannot continuously monitor live signal changes across thousands of companies. Recruit Signals tracks funding events, leadership changes, headcount moves, and job velocity in real time, validates contact details, and maintains a predictive model that improves with every new data point. LLMs help you write outreach; Recruit Signals tells you who to send it to and when.

?How much does Recruit Signals cost?
Recruit Signals has three plans: Solo at €99 per month, Agency at €299 per month, and Scale at €599 per month. These are Early Adopter prices, available for a limited time. Customers who sign up while they are available lock in that rate for a full twelve months, including those who choose monthly billing rather than annual. Each plan includes a fixed monthly credit allowance and full access to the platform; Agency and Scale add unlimited seats, CRM integration, and team features.
?What's the difference between Solo, Agency, and Scale?
Solo is for an individual recruiter and includes 100 credits per month and 1 seat. Agency suits a small recruitment team and includes 350 credits per month, unlimited seats, CRM integration, and team watchlists. Scale is for high-volume agencies and includes 1,000 credits per month, unlimited seats, custom signal tracking, CRM integration, and team watchlists. All plans share the same underlying platform; the difference is credit volume and team features.
?Do you have an Enterprise plan?
Not as a self-serve plan today. Larger recruitment organisations and multi-office teams are handled as bespoke arrangements rather than a published tier. If your team needs higher credit volumes, custom data integrations, or a dedicated SLA, get in touch and we will scope an Enterprise arrangement directly.
?How does the credit system work?
Credits unlock a company's full intelligence page and reveal contact details for decision-makers. Heat scores and decision-maker names are visible across the platform at no cost, so you can browse and prioritise companies before spending credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance; top-ups are available on every plan.
?What does a company unlock include?
Unlocking a company opens the full Company 360 page for 30 days. Within that window you get the complete signal history, the Heat Score breakdown, strategic insight, recommended timing, and the full decision-maker map, and you can return to the page as often as you want at no extra cost. After 30 days the page reverts to the free Heat Score view and can be re-opened with another unlock.
?Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month up to a cap of twice your monthly allowance. Top-up credits never expire and are not subject to the rollover cap. Top-ups are available on every plan.
?Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and access continues until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are paid upfront for twelve months and offer the best effective rate. Annual plans are not refunded mid-term, but full access is retained for the remainder of the billing year.

Trial and Getting Started

?How does the free trial work?
Every new customer can start with a seven-day free trial of the Solo plan. No credit card is required. The trial gives full access to the platform so you can run signal-based company searches, open Company 360 pages, and try the Heat Score and contact recommendations. If you do not convert to a paid plan after seven days, the trial ends automatically.
?How quickly can I start seeing results?
Most agencies surface useful opportunities within their first session, because Recruit Signals points your team directly at companies showing early hiring intent, with the context and contacts needed to act. The platform delivers the intelligence and the timing; results in the pipeline still depend on your team's own outreach and conversion.

Compliance, Security, and Programmes

?Is Recruit Signals GDPR compliant?
Yes. Recruit Signals is built in Europe and operated to be fully GDPR compliant. Only publicly available or legally obtained data is used, and all information is protected with industry-standard encryption and access controls.
?Do you have an affiliate or referral programme?
Yes. The Refer & Earn affiliate programme pays 40% uncapped commission on every referral's monthly spend. Tier 1 pays 40% for the first four months per referral; Tier 2 extends this to six months; Tier 3 extends it to twelve. The cookie window is sixty days. A separate in-product Referral Programme offers account credit instead of cash payouts and is available from inside your Recruit Signals account.
